1.2. "Services" include but are not limited to functional nutrition coaching, wellness consultations, group coaching, individualized assessments (e.g., HTMA, GI Map, DUTCHS readings), and workshops or seminars provided by Restore Vitality.

2. Use of Services
2.1. Eligibility: By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to participate.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

4. Payment Terms

5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Commitment: In order to achieve the best possible results, Clients are expected to fully participate in the process, complete assigned protocols, and provide accurate health information during consultations.
5.2. Communication: It is the Client's responsibility to promptly notify Restore Vitality of any changes in their health or wellbeing that may impact the recommendations or Services provided.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and educational materials provided by Restore Vitality, is the intellectual property of Restore Vitality. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Restore Vitality.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" and Restore Vitality disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2. Liability: Restore Vitality, its owner, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to health-related issues, injury, or loss resulting from the recommendations made during consultations or coaching sessions.
8. Termination
8.1. Termination by Client: You may terminate your participation in our Services at any time by notifying Restore Vitality in writing. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
8.2. Termination by Restore Vitality: Restore Vitality reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in harmful behavior toward Restore Vitality staff or other Clients.
9. Modifications to Terms
9.1. Restore Vitality reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
